How to Search for Providers by Zip Code:

1. Click the Button: Click the "Download Provider List" button below to download the full list of providers.

2. Use the Search Function:

   • Once the PDF opens, press Ctrl + F (Windows) or Command + F (Mac) to open the search bar.

   • Enter your zip code to find Medicaid-accepting providers in your area.

3. Explore Nearby Areas:

   • If no providers are available in your zip code, try entering nearby zip codes.
